I have 2 big herniated cervical discs. In 2012, I met with 2 neurosurgeons. One of them wanted me to get an operation right away and the other one, considering my young age and the fact that I wasn’t in constant pain, preferred to wait.
The pain I was feeling was originating from the cervical sprains I had several times a year. Those sprains could be caused by harmless movements such as sneezing or simply yawning when waking up.
I met Dr Amyot in 2012. I then received a series of spinal decompression treatments. Since then, I don’t suffer from cervical sprains anymore. I don’t pretend to be completely healed, I still get regular spinal decompressions treatments. I resumed my regular activities including running and bike riding. I recovered a good quality of life.

January 3rd 2007 : violent Sciatica attack
On January 3rd, Mario Amyot was the only chiropractor available for an emergency appointment. I entered his office on all fours and came out on my two legs.
